In the Solleveld Trefcentrum, located in Sint-Martens-Bodegem, Dilbeek, the current heating place is due for renewal. Both the boiler and the air group have reached their technical lifespan and show signs of wear and reduced energy efficiency. These outdated installations are satisfactory no longer to contemporary standards in the field of safety, energy performance and climate control. In addition, there is an increased risk of malfunctions, with potentially loss of comfort for the users of the building. To ensure the continuity of heating and ventilation and energy performance to improve the building, this public contract is issued with the aim of: the complete renewal of the fireplace, including demolition and removal of the old installation; the installation of a new energy-efficient heating boiler; The replacement of the existing air group Through a new, performance ventilation system with heat recovery and adapted control. The execution of the assignment must take place at the latest before December 31, 2025 and may not exceed a maximum running time of 2 months. Through this assignment, the board wants to contribute to a more sustainable and Future-oriented use of the Trefcentrum, in line with the municipality's energy and comfort policy.
