1. Purpose of This Notice

This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for market research and planning purposes to determine the availability and identify qualified contractors capable of providing solid waste removal, sharps disposal, and regulated medical waste management services for the Mid Atlantic Tribal Health Center (MATHC). And meet the definition of an “Indian Economic Enterprise” (HHSAR 326.601), and also/or sources that meet the small business size standards under the associated NAICS.

This is not a solicitation, request for quote (RFQ), or request for proposal (RFP). No contract will be awarded from this notice. Responses will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy, including potential set‑asides.

The Mid Atlantic Tribal Health Center is a two‑story healthcare facility with over 25, 000 square feet of clinical and administrative space. The facility requires recurring solid waste removal, sharps disposal, and regulated medical waste management services in compliance with all Federal, State, local, and tribal regulations.

4. Description of Required Services

Transportation and disposal in accordance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, and State requirements
