SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM: SOLID WASTER MANAGEMENT PROJECT
1. The Barangay Urdaneta Council, through the Annual Budget 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php2, 100, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Solid Waste Management Program: Solid Waste Management Project (PR No. 2024-05-020). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Urdaneta Council now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within Six (6) months from effectivity date of the contract/PO indicated in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
