Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) FOR THE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF LANGIDEN, ABRA, thru Economic Development Fund, Series of 2026, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Twelve Thousand Seventy Two and 20/100 (Php 512, 072.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for EDF2026CW12: SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, Langiden, Abra. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT-LANGIDEN, ABRA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 22 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, (Instructions to Bidders).

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
