This SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE is for the purpose of Market Research. Response to this notice will be used for information and planning purposes. The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is seeking preferably Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), or Small Businesses (but will accept other than small business for market research purposes), capable of performing collection and disposal of refuse, to include bulk waste, services for the Biloxi, MS, campus to include Mobile, AL, Pensacola and Panama City, FL Outpatient Clinics. It is noted that Limitations on Subcontracting requirements will apply to a future solicitation and contract for this requirement. Contractors who are contemplating their interest and/or participation in this procurement should familiarize themselves with these requirements as adherence will be required.
