U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol, Spokane Sector, requires five brand-name solid oxide fuel cells and filter kits. To enable integration into its existing systems, the following make, model, and part numbers are required:

This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This RFQ is issued as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 334413 - Semiconductor and Related Device Manufacturing. The corresponding size standard is 1, 250 employees.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. See Section IV.12 for quotation preparation and submission instructions. See Section IV.14 for evaluation criteria.
It is anticipated that award will be made on or about August 27, 2026.
In order to be considered for award, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to the solicitation closing date. Interested vendors not already registered in SAM are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible.
