Construction Services contract for the Hanley VBA 5th Floor- Construction project at the James M. Hanley Federal Building, 100 S Clinton St, Syracuse, NY 13261.
Proposals are due Tuesday, May 26th, 2026 by 5:00 pm EST. All proposals should be sent electronically via email to [email protected].
The site visit will be held on Thursday, April 16th, 2026 9-11am EST at the James M. Hanley Federal Building, Syracuse, New York 5th floor elevator lobby. All individuals who would like to attend must email [email protected] at least one day prior to the site visit to confirm their attendance. The site visit is not mandatory, but is encouraged. Questions are due via email to [email protected] by close of business on Thursday, April 30th, 2026.
In order to receive the Specifications and Drawings for this solicitation, you must complete Attachment 10, "Safeguarding and Dissemination of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Building Information." The completed CUI Form must be sent via email to [email protected].
