This Amendment 0004 is issued to update the following attachments within SECTION J LIST OF ATTACHMENTS to affect the following changes:
A. Attachment 0019 SECTION L INSTRUCTIONS CONDITIONS AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS, revise submission email address to [email protected] for all proposal ubmission requirements.
As a result of the above change, the closing date is extended from 30 June 2026, 5:00 p.m. CST to 1 July 2026, 5:00 p.m. CST.
Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
30 June 2026: Announcement updated with the following ALERT:
"After further investigation, a technical issue was discovered within DoD SAFE that prevents designating a receipt email address different from the requester's. Due to this system error, you are hereby authorized to utilize the alternate submission method outlined in Section L.1.1.2.
If you continue to experience technical difficulties, please notify the Procuring Contracting Officer."
