Description
This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a total Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation number is W9911S7-25-R-0007, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) (see attachments). The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Ft. Leonard Wood, MO, hereby announces a solicitation for a small business set-aside, Firm Fixed-Price, requirements contract for Carpet and Flooring services in supporting the United States Army Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The duration of the contract will include a one-year base period plus four-year periods. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 238330 (Flooring Contractors). The size standard for this NAICS Code is $19 million.
There will not be a site visit for this requirement.

Project Scope: This requirement provides for contractor support to install various types of flooring throughout Fort Leonard Wood on an as needed basis. This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in the installation of resilient floor tile, carpeting, linoleum, and hardwood flooring. The work to be performed may include carpet and flooring replacement, maintenance, and repair as part of routine life cycle maintenance of buildings.
