For request for solicitation, in the email subject line enter SPRRA2-26-R-0064, provide your name, the company name, Cage Code, and a telephone number. The Government proposes to acquire the labor for the new upgrade hardware, software, services, inherent to production spares, and documentation for Kuwait-s Phased Array Tracking Radar for Intercept on Target PATRIOT Program. This will be placed on the existing subsumable indefinite delivery requirements type contract (SPRRA2-25-D-0016). See attachment “Performance Work Statement (PWS)” for further details. This item is restricted to: RAYTHEON, CAGE CODE: 05716. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(1) having only one responsible source. The data needed to acquire these parts competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Contractors are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by emailing inquiries to the POCs listed with this announcement. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
