Description

THIS REQUIREMENT IS ADVERTISED AS SOLE SOURCE. THE NOTICE IS PUBLISHED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government will consider other bids. This requirement is being synopsized under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334111 and PSC Code 7B20.

The Naval Air Warfare Center- Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure, on a Sole Source (SS) basis to Galleon Embedded Computing LLC, 1260 Pin Oak Road, Suite 205, Katy, TX 77494.

The contractor shall provide:

A. Galleon RDM Docking Station, p/n: XSR-USB3DOCK-AES_KIT, Qty: 1

B. Galleon XSR Data Offload System, p/n: 15U-038-900-01, Qty: 2

Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for specifications.

All items must be received by the Government on or before six (6) weeks after receipt of the order (ARO). Early and partial deliveries are accepted and preferred.
