SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which
the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, limited sources or brand name only ADVANCED ACQUISITION LLC - DBA - Johnny-s Signs - Cage Code: 9TZJ9, 2020 28th St, Bedford, IN 47421-5323 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is being solicited on a sole source due to items peculiar to one manufacturer. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency.
