The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to negotiate and award, on a sole source basis, under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 and RFO FAR 12.102(a), a firm fixed price purchase order to Innovasea Marine Systems Canada Inc., for the purchase of: 8 Each - V8-4x-A69-2801; Rounded Cases (Green Crabs), 170 Each - V8-4x-A69-2801; External Caps (Reference Tags), 21 Each - Redeployment Parts for Ascent AR/VR2AR, 1 Each - VR100 - Surface Transponder and Manual Tracking Acoustic Receiver (Model VR100-300); 1 Each - VHTx 69kHz Transponding Hydrophone 25 meter waterproof cable for VR100; 190 Each - V16-4x-A69-2801; Rounded Case; 27 Each - NexTrak AR - Transponding Acoustic Release Receiver with battery; and 3 Each - Magnetic Activation Probe for acoustic receivers.
