1. Identification of the agency and the contracting activity, and specific identification of the document as a “Limited Sources Justification.”
This is a limited source justification. Contracting activity is the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001 (Contracts Department Code 02).

This action will award a firm fixed price purchase order, on a sole source basis, for the renewal of Intermaphics Single Developer Software licenses from Kongsberg Geospatial Limited, 411 Legget Drive, Suite 400, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada K2K 3C9. Intermaphics is a high-performance geospatial visualization and mapping software development kit at the heart of the TerraLens geospatial platform. TerraLens Core has been optimized for spatial awareness, ISR, and Command and Control (C2) applications.
