This is a SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 12.102(a), using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation SHALL be posted on Sam.gov (https://sam.gov/) on or before 14 May 2026. The RFQ number is N0018926QL148. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 (effective 13 March 2026) and DFARS Publication Notice 20251110 (effective 10 November 2025). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Small Business Office concurs with this determination.
