Procurement of Software Configuration Set/Operational Flight Program (SCS/OFP) software for installation on all F/A-18 C/D Tactical Operational Flight Trainers (TOFTs) and SimuStrike devices as well as Deficiency Report (DR) corrections as a result of previous SCS/OFP Government testing. The effort is to upgrade the Microsoft Windows 10 Operating Systems on the F/A-18 C/D training systems and to procure two (2) new Simustrikes in the 29C configuration. As the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the F/A-18 C/D TOFT SCS/OFP software, L-3 is the only source capable of providing the SCS/OFP software.
