The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Fleet Directorate intends to solicit - on behalf of the Commander Naval Operations (OPNAV) - Cloud Catering and Events on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 12.102(a). The instant requirement is for Cloud Catering and Events to provide catering as outline in the attached PWS. The resultant contract will be issued on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis.
The period of performance is 02 July 2026 - 03 July 2026.
The authority for use of other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed action is for supplies.
The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 722320. The size standard is $9M.
Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
