Description: The United Nations is planning to invite competitive proposals with the aim of entering into a long term contract for the supply of solar water pumps in support of The United Nations Peacekeeping Missions as follows:- Supply and deliver solar pumps within pump categories: a. Solar Surface Water Pump (Horizontal or Vertical) complete with control panel, connections, cables and all accessories; and b. Solar Submersible Deep Well Pumps complete with control panel, connections and all accessories.- Supply and deliver, assembly, disassembly, spare parts and tool kits for solar pumps within a pump category.- Provide after sale support; and - Provide training services. Description of requirement:- United Nations’ peacekeeping missions around the world utilize a wide range of pumps for the abstraction, transfer, distribution and treatment of potable water as well as for the processing of wastewater.
