Seinäjoki's educational municipality association Sedu is requesting bids for the realization of a solar power plant as a total responsibility contract (KVR) for the A building of the Törnäväntie campus. The contract includes at least: - system design - plans required for the building permit preparation - delivery of equipment, systems and necessary components - installation and electrical work - commissioning, testing and official approval procedures - delivery of operating and maintenance instructions and other handover documentation - customer in the manner specified in the request for tenders for the operation, maintenance and service service of the personnel training system. YSE 1998 conditions apply to the procurement. The offered system must fulfill the technical, minimum functional and safety requirements. The customer reserves the right to organize the maintenance, maintenance work, inspections and possible repairs of the solar power plant during the warranty period by its own organization, as student work or by its own with the help of an external service provider when separately agreed. The offered system must not contain technical, contractual or software restrictions that prevent or unreasonably complicate the implementation of such an operating model. To the subscriber the documentation necessary for the use, maintenance and service of the system must be handed over upon receipt. The electric battery system must meet the requirements of the network company and the regulations of the authorities.
