1) The Municipality of Pinabacdao, through the 2025 1stSupplemental Budget intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Solar Panel Installation Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pinabacdao now invites bids for Solar Panel Installation Project - Installation and commissioning including training for basic operation and maintenance of 16KW solar set up SB Building Brgy. Poblacion I, Pinabacdao, Samar). Completion of the Works is required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
