The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task: Solar energy in public utility buildings G7 (RES in SP4). The scope of works includes the following construction works: a) Roof renovation, including: - works preparatory work, i.e.: setting up the scaffolding, installing the chute and the goods elevator, - installing exhaust vents after preserving the existing sewer lines, - demolition works, - restoring sheet metal flashings, rebuilding chimneys and replacing caps chimneys, plastering of rebuilt chimneys, - cleaning of the existing covering and laying new layers of roofing felt in two layers in the renovation system, - replacement of the roof hatch and lightning protection system on the roof, - transport and disposal of waste and works order.b) Construction of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 49.95 kWp, in an on-grid system with energy storage of up to 50 kW, including: - photovoltaic panels (bifacial photovoltaic modules), - supporting structures for the installation of photovoltaic panels, - solar cables, grounding installation, lightning protection installation, DC voltage surge protection installation (type I+II surge arresters), - inverter, energy storage, - installation...
