Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the modernization of the hospital as part of the eHealth program, a project called: "Cybersecurity and digitization at the Sokolov Hospital". The implementation includes the expansion of functionalities and the development of the Medicalc hospital information system (NIS) in the area computerization of processes (e.g. in the field of structured electronic medical documentation, computerization of visiting cards, etc.), ensuring long-term electronic archiving of medical documentation, introduction of support for new processes within the hospital and especially their electronicization with the possibility of their implementation both in the hospital and remotely, and the introduction of new functions in NIS. The hospital already operates an NIS connected to the mEx integration platform, which ensures the openness of the system for the exchange of medical data, the so-called interoperability, thus ensuring compatibility with the communication standards of the Ministry of Health. The project also includes the development of the contracting authority's internal information system for managing, supporting activities and running the hospital, including connecting others internal information systems and external systems for the exchange of medical documentation. The goal is the automation and streamlining of processes and data processing in the provision of public services in the field of healthcare.
