The procurement will result in a framework agreement where all government agencies and a number of other procuring authorities will be able to meet their needs for software licenses, public cloud services and private cloud services. Chamber college estimates the turnover of the framework agreement at a total of SEK 6 billion excluding VAT during its term of 48 months. Software solutions and licenses may be called up to a total turnover of SEK 12 billion excluding VAT during Duration of the framework agreement. If the total turnover is reached, Cancellation can no longer take place from the Framework Agreement during the remainder of the Framework Agreement's term. The Chamber of Commerce will invite a maximum of nine applicants to tender and will award framework agreements to seven framework agreement suppliers on the condition that as many tenders meet the set requirements.
