The ZAS hospitals are looking for a software solution for the management of allergens and recipes in their different kitchens. The solution must be simple and intuitive to use (dummy-proof) and seamless integration with the meal management system (Nutrition module) of HIX (chipsoft) Functional requirements The software must at least offer the following functionalities: • Allergen management: automatic detection and processing of allergens in the recipes bord. • Recipes management: Support for multiple kitchens with their own and shared recipes, whereby the data is correctly processed per kitchen in the Nutrition module of HIX. • User-friendliness: intuitive and error-resistant interface (no in-depth IT knowledge required). • Scalability: must be suitable for several hospitals with central and local management options. • Integration with ChipSoft (HIX): Seamless integration with the Nutrition module of HIX, where recipe data (ingredients, nutrition value, allergens, etc.) are assigned correctly per kitchen. • User management: Possibility of assigning access levels for dietitians, kitchen staff and IT management, with a detailed rights structure at NIV ...
