The subject of the order is: Software service and supply of computer materials: Task 1 - digital patient consents - expansion Task 2 - License - expansion with an additional DICOM node The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. In parts orders are individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks 1 to 2 The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor may submit an offer for a maximum of 2 tasks (without limiting the number of tasks per one Contractor). A detailed description of the subject of the order is included Annexes 2b and Annexes 3a and 3b to the SWZ. The Ordering Party's requirements regarding the subject of the order: 1) the offered materials must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with legal regulations requiring approvals, certificates and registration; 2) offered materials must meet the standards or technical specifications applicable to this product; 3.4. In cases where the description of the subject of the order indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific a process that characterizes specific products or services provided by a specific contractor, this means that the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the contract in a sufficiently precise and understandable way, however, in each such situation the Ordering Party allows for a solution equivalent to those described above.
