Task 1 Modernization, expansion and launch of the room occupancy system in the Upper Silesian Medical Center in Katowice The subject of the order is: Software service and delivery of computer materials: Task 1 - Modernization, expansion i launching a room occupancy system at the Upper Silesian Medical Center in Katowice The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes 2b and 3 to the SWZ. 3.3. The Ordering Party's requirements regarding subject of the order: 1) the offered materials must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with legal provisions requiring approvals, certificates and registration; 2) offered materials must meet standards or specifications technical data applicable to this product. 3.4. In cases where the description of the subject of the order indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes specific products or services provided by a specific contractor, this means that the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the order in a sufficiently precise and understandable way, however, in each such situation, the Ordering Party allows a solution equivalent to those described above.
