The subject of the order is: 1) preparation of the Project Implementation Plan together with the Detailed Schedule, the dates of which should be consistent with the Framework Schedule, 2) preparation of a Pre-Implementation Analysis containing a description and mapping of processes in the areas which the implementation concerns, along with integration with the Ordering Party's systems to the mandatory extent specified in Chapter 6.1. OPZ, 3) delivery of Software licenses necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the System, in particular application, database and utility software as well as installation and configuration of this Software, 4) performing all necessary activities aimed at installation (on servers), configuration, extension, launch and integration all elements of the functional areas of the System, 5) modification of the Software to adapt it to the specific needs of the Ordering Party (if necessary), 6) development and delivery of the Test Plan, along with Test Scenarios and participation in the Ordering Party's Acceptance Tests, 7) implementation of integration with the Ordering Party's systems, within the mandatory scope specified in Chapter 6.1.
