3.3. The applicant requires the implementation of the subject of the contract on the principles set out in the contract. The planned provisions of the public procurement agreement that will be entered into the contract constitute an attachment to the SWZ.

Evaluation of offers will be carried out on the basis of the criteria specified in SWZ and their weights.
Offers will be evaluated in points.
During the evaluation of offers, points for the following criteria are granted in order and evaluated for the following criteria according to the following rules:
Cenavag criterion: 60 %
CRITERION Time of making and sharing appropriate corrections in the case of so -called Critical error weight 40%
