Software licenses and operational customer advice The purpose of the acquisition is to connect us with suppliers who can mediate licenses for software, as well as act as software resellers for our larger license portfolios. The framework agreements will set us up to deliver a good and balanced license management for each portfolio and compliance in the use of the software in line with concluded agreements with rights holders. In addition to UDI, the Immigration Service (UNE) and the Directorate of Integration and Diversity (IMDi) must have option to accede to the framework agreements under the same conditions. The procurement is divided into two sub-areas, where it is possible to make offers in one or both areas. One framework agreement must be entered into with one legal entity per subarea. Depending on the award result, you can end up with up to two different suppliers who then handle each of their sub-areas. The length of the framework agreements is a maximum of 4 years (1+1+1+1).
