Software License Management (SAM) Service 1. The subject of the order is* the purchase of the License Management Service from software producers IBM, Oracle and Microsoft (hereinafter also referred to as the "License Management Service"). 2. License Management Service has ensure that the Ordering Party verifies the compliance of the Microsoft, IBM and Oracle software installed in the Ordering Party's IT infrastructure with respect to the license rights of the NBP. 3. Detailed description of the subject of the order and conditions i the rules for the implementation of the order are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as SWZ). The draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ will be referred to hereinafter this announcement, also the "Agreement". * Terms used with capital letters are defined in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 1.
