Description : The objective of this call for tenders is to award a framework contract to a single economic operator for the on-demand provision of software development services for the Service Provision Portal within the scope of the European Union Space Surveillance and Tracking (‘EUSST-) support framework, set up by Decision No 541/2014/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of 16 April 2014. The EUSST service provision portal is a client-server application for the access and delivery of EUSST services, which is run and managed by the SatCen acting as the EUSST Front Desk.
