Purpose of the tender
This tender must lead to the selection of 1 contracting party for the software development services to be provided for Kennisnet in this tender. A maximum of 5 candidates will be admitted to the tender phase.
The following objectives are intended with partThis tender:
(further) increasing the quality and continuity of software development and management (in a team) in particular in the languages Java (based on the Spring framework) and PHP (based on the Symfony framework); both at a high-end level.
the annual efficient use of software development teams for our services including but not limited to Entree federation, OSO and Number provision where the organization and team management takes place on location by a cooperating foreman from the supplier/developing party. The scrum master and the product ownerr will, however, be provided by Kennisnet and are therefore not included in this assignment.
