"Software delivery" as part of the project entitled: "Implementation of e-services in CSK UM in Łódź" - III 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the sentence entitled: "Delivery of software" as part of the implementation of the project entitled: "Implementation of e-services in the CSK UM in Łódź" - III. 2. Due to the extensive description, a detailed description of the subject of the order and delivery details are included in particular in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the order includes the supply of software, in particular: Organizational support system i monitoring the quality parameters of the work of the Hospital Emergency Department and a medical data presentation system integrated with patient movement combined with the assessment of patient's vital parameters CPV code: 48000000-8 software packages and IT systems 3.W the scope of the order includes the delivery of new, non-exhibition software to the Ordering Party's headquarters. The delivered software must be covered by at least the warranty period - specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. The contractor is obliged attach to the OFFER - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ "Technical parameters" completed in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party. 5. Failure to submit Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ constitutes the inability to evaluate the offer and thus the basis for rejecting the offer from the procedure. 2.1.Contractor is obliged to complete the order - deliver the subject of the order within: up to 10 days from the date of signing the public procurement contract, no longer than until July 10, 2026.
