The service is currently being used in various applications from different suppliers. That has a number of limitations:• Files are becoming more complex and more and more often family members are registered in various registers and have various questions at the same time (such as an application for sustainable stay in Belgium, simultaneously with an application for Belgian nationality); • Employees whoTake different roles within the cell must regularly switch to another working environment; • The learning curve for new employees is unnecessarily large because they must get to know multiple applications; • Cost effectiveness, including in function of links to be made.
