Software Broker Services Description: The scope of the Assignment concerns: a) The (re)delivery and Management, in a simple and market-based manner, of usage rights to Standard Software, including implementation, extensions, updates and upgrades and support (maintenance and support). It should be noted that the Contracting Authority also includes SaaS services regarding Microsoft's PaaS and IaaS services (see Definitions).
