The subject of this public procurement is Software and SIEM solutions (hereinafter: equipment) for the client's cyber resistance needs, divided into two sets, namely:
-LOT 1: SIEM solution, license fee and support;
-BUNDLE 2: Support for ArcSight SIEM.
Each provider can submit an offer for an individual set or both sets together. The submitted offer must clearly indicate for which lot the offer is submitted.
The exact specifications and requirements of the client for each set are described in the document Technical specifications and requirements of the client, no. 285-52/4-2025 of 6 November 2025 (hereinafter: Technical specifications), which is an integral part of this documentation regarding the award of a public contract or tender documentation.
The subject of set 1 is a SIEM solution intended for the centralized collection, correlation and analysis of security events from various information and operational sources.
SIEM licenses and support solutions are purchased for a period of 4 years or 48 months, counted from the day of license activation or from the date of the signed handover record.
The subject of lot 2 is the upgrade and support of the existing security event management system, i.e. ArcSight SIEM.
ArcSight Licenses, Upgrades and Support The SIEM is purchased for a period of 1 year or 12 months, counted from the day of license activation.
