Hansel Oy's goal is to establish a dynamic procurement system (DPS), whose initial target is software and ICT expert services. Joint procurement enables e.g. according to the need for the procurement of the following services: 1. Software: To the customer the object of acquisition may be different software. In addition to software, software-related expert work can be acquired, such as adapting the software to the customer's needs, configuration, further development, and support and maintenance. DPS the item includes both open and closed source software. The object of the customer's acquisition can also be a user rights brokerage service (for example, resale). Software can be delivered on a license basis, to the Customer's own environment installed, or as a service-based SaaS implementation. 2. The procurement target includes the following ICT expert services: ICT management and service management services, ICT solution planning, software development and quality assurance services, support and maintenance services and IT asset management.
