The object of this tender and the contract that derives from it corresponds to the acquisition and/or temporary transfer of the right to use (license) of software under SaaS (Software as a Service) modality, together with the provision of associated services of comprehensive assistance, version updates, technical support, cloud maintenance and operation, among other complementary services. It is expressly established that this contract does not constitute a sale or an obligation to give a tangible thing with instant delivery, but rather it is a provision of services and temporary licensing of software use.
