A Vpn Is A Private Tunnel Which Securely Connects To The Council S Network Giving The Flexibility And Agility To Access Corporate It Resources Remotely. The Supplier Will Be Required To Develop A Technical Solution, Projecting Implementation Costs, And Operational Costs, Return On Investment And Solution Lifespan. The Technical Solution Will Determine How It Will Operate, How It Will Be Maintained And All Costs.
