Tender Details

The customer intends to procure soft drinks, light beer and carbonated water/beverage for successive withdrawals during the

agreement period.

As the customer's businesses have different needs for carbonated drinks, packaging and delivery methods, the procurement is divided into two tender areas:

• Tender area 1 - Soft drinks, light beer and carbonated vatten in returnable glass

• Tender area 2 - Soft drinks, carbonated drinks and fruit drinks in cans/tetra

Tender area 1 today mainly consists of the customer's catering units within service centers, central kitchens,

preschools etc. These units currently have their supplies delivered via coordinated

goods distribution. Tender area 2 parmainly the client's smaller units such as school cafes,

recreational centers etc. which today needs smaller packaging (cans) and direct delivery but

delivery via coordinated distribution of goods may become relevant during the contract period.

The customer's units must, regardless of the division described above, not bea bound to only one

contract area, but must be able to freely order from both contract areas if they need it.

For the supplier's knowledge, Kalmarsund's high school association has an agreement for canned soda via another

supplier and will therefore not call off canned soda via this framework agreement.

The customer opestimates the total purchase volume per year at SEK 1.5 million (total for both contract areas).

Ceiling volume for framework agreements is SEK 7 million for the total contract period. The framework agreement ceases to apply if the requested volume exceeds the ceiling amount. However, the framework agreement is still applicable with regard to completed or ongoing call-offs.
