SOFLEC - RCU ECOME - Creation of a heating network from the Duclos park to the CTMs The Métropole d'ORLEANS, competent in the creation, development, maintenance and management of networks of chaud has decided to entrust to a third party, as part of a delegation public service for a period of 10 years, the design, financing, construction, operation, maintenance, renewal and modernization of the public production service and district heating distribution on part of its territory: ORLEANS LA SOURCE, OLIVET and FLEURY LES AUBRAIS. In this context, DALKIA will ensure, as Delegated Project Owner, on behalf of ÉCOME, the construction of installations heat production and distribution. The Metropolis of ORLEANS, competent in the creation, development, maintenance and management of networks of chaud has decided to entrust to a third party, as part of a public service delegation for a period of 10 years, the design, financing, realization, exploitation, maintenance, renewal and modernization of the public production service and district heating distribution network over part of its territory: ORLEANS LA SOURCE, OLIVET and FLEURY LES AUBRAIS.
