SOFLEC - HYDRAULIC + ELECTRICAL CONNECTION WORK OF SUBSTATIONS TO THE ECOME HEAT NETWORK The Métropole d'ORLEANS, competent in the creation, development, maintenance and management of networks of heat has decided to entrust to a third party, in the as part of a public service delegation lasting 10 years, the design, financing, construction, operation, maintenance, renewal and modernization of the public production service and district heating distribution on a part of its territory: ORLEANS LA SOURCE, OLIVET and FLEURY LES AUBRAIS. In this context, DALKIA will ensure, as Delegated Project Owner, on behalf of ÉCOME, the construction of installations heat production and distribution.
