Description
The work includes Construction of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) approximately 5, 300 SF forboat maintenance operations. The building superstructure will consist of structural steel framing withinsulated metal exterior wall panels and roof panels. Interior partition walls will consist of non-load baring concrete masonry unit or light gauge metal framing construction. The building will havemaintenance bays, elec/mech/security rack space, storage racks for MRVs, and a gear storage cage. Asmall work area and unisex restroom are Options and incidental related work.
