The object of this framework agreement is to conclude a framework agreement with one entrepreneur, for the sodding of road verges and the removal of management residues, for a term of 48 months. The purpose of this assignment is to lower the ground level in the road verges to the extent necessary to remove the blockage that has arisen over the years in the drainage of rainwater from the carriageways and cycle paths to the road verges and canals. The assignment includes the mechanical sodding of these road verges, taking into account with the existing natural values ​​and without damaging the adjacent vegetation and infrastructure. The resulting management residues must be removed and processed in accordance with applicable regulations. along roads with the aim of removing the top layer in order to improve water drainage from the carriageways and cycle paths. This is a non-exclusive framework agreement without any purchase obligation. Consequently, notwithstanding the award and conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting party government on the basis of these specifications, the client is free to order elsewhere during the duration of the contract or not to place an order.
