the mass fraction of active chlorine on the date of delivery of the Product must be at least 190 g/dm³, if the indicator is lower, the Company will not accept the Product; delivery address: Kremenchuk, str. Svishtovska, 3 (JSC Ukrtatnafta), indicated for calculating the cost of transportation, which must be included in the price of the Product (when delivered on DDP terms); the Company will consider other delivery conditions if the Participant is the manufacturer of the Product; the reagent is purchased in the Customer's own container. Please note that in order to drain the reagent into the Customer's container The Participant must ensure the availability of all necessary materials and equipment, in particular fittings, hoses, etc.; delivery in batches, approximately 5 tons each month, during the second half of 2026 according to the Customer's requests; in case of delivery on DDP terms, JSC warehouse Ukrtatnafta, be sure to consider the following requirement: it is prohibited to import transit cargo together with the Goods (except for empty containers) into the JSC territory; a passport/quality certificate must be attached to the offer.
