The area includes the buildings located at Kurunokantie 1, 3 and 5, as well as the road area of Kurunokantie. It is for different tasks requested itemized prices by task category. The basic period of the contract is five (5) years and the option is one (1) year. The customer chooses a contractor to perform the work, who the offer is evaluated as the most economically advantageous. The selection is based on the reference price in €/year. The comparison price is calculated on the basis of the average of the completed work performances and the price per work performance given by the bidder.
