The subject of the order is the service of a social work supervisor, in connection with the implementation of the project entitled: "Social balance" under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 program co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, Measure 04.13 High-quality social inclusion system. Social work supervisor service. The subject of the order is the provision of social work supervision services, including both individual and group supervision, addressed to social workers and social welfare specialists. The aim of these services is to support the professional development of employees, improve the quality of the assistance provided and ensure the safety and effectiveness of activities undertaken within the framework social work. 1) The contractor is obliged to provide one supervisor for the execution of the order, who will be assessed in the offer evaluation criterion. If circumstances arise due to which the supervisor appointed to carry out the service does not will be able to participate in the execution of the order, the Contractor may entrust the execution of the subject of the contract to another supervisor with experience and qualifications corresponding to and not inferior to those of the replaced supervisor. A change of supervisor cannot cause Contractor changes.
