The social and medical advice will be requested from the Contractor by the various departments/services of the municipality of The Hague, which are responsible for the implementation of the aforementioned laws and regulations. In some cases, the Legal Affairs department can also, in the context of objection procedures, establish a new social and social responsibility request medical advice. The purpose of the use of social and medical advice is to arrive at a correct determination of the right to the requested (customized) provision or compensation. The social and medical advice relates to the physical situation of the applicant and may also relate to the mental situation of the applicant (psychodiagnostics).
