ST has been using a cloud-based social media suite for several years in order to manage the large number of social media appearances and the associated communities in a uniform platform. With this suite, the effectiveness of activities, organically or paid for, measured and It also serves research and inspiration.
Due to the substantial license costs and the subordination of ST under public procurement law, ST rejects the social media suite as a whole.
Goals to be achieved:
St wants with the Evaluation of a service provider who offers a sophisticated social media suite on the market and is able to offer the licenses as well as introductory measures, training and support. With this service provider, a multi -year, more economic and to be concluded financially predictable contract. The introduction of the new solution should take place efficiently and including migration as of the end of 2025, so that St can use the new solution by 01.01.2026.
