1. The subject of the investment is to change the use of the existing warehouse building of the Mechanical Workshop and Kunia Refinery located on the plot with registration number 1902 in the town of Ustrzyki Dolne, Bieszczady poviat, Ustrzyki Dolne commune into a building service and its reconstruction. The reconstruction and change of use of the existing facility will be carried out in accordance with the issued decision on the location of a public purpose investment on part of the plot with registration number 1902 in the town of Ustrzyki Dolne. The scope of the reconstruction will be involves separating new rooms inside the building to adapt to the change in the function of the facility from warehouse to service, installing a newly designed floor on the ground, insulating walls and ceilings from the inside, installing windows and doors from the side internal walls, reconstruction of partition walls and construction of new door openings in existing internal load-bearing walls and internal plasters along with internal finishing depending on the purpose of the room.
